Kodaiji Temple has one of the best projection mapping shows accompanied by music and sound effects. It tells the story of Nene, the wife of the powerful 16th-century samurai warlord Toyotomi Hideyoshi. After witnessing the destruction of her husband’s clan following his death, Nene retired here to this Buddhist temple to live out the rest of her days as a nun.
